TSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

  • Open to College graduates OR completed 1st year in college
  • Accepting applicants with at least 3 years tech support experience from international telco account
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in both Cubao
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work

Visit us Monday to Friday, 9AM–4PM (except holidays) at:

  • Quezon City: 3rd Floor, Gateway Mall, Cubao (near LRT 2 Araneta Center-Cubao Station)
