Physical Therapist

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assesses patients’ conditions, vital signs and primary complaints based on the accepted clinical standards and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, explains procedures and treatments to gain patient's cooperation.
• Executes treatment plans, monitors and records patients’ progress.
• Discusses patients’ response / progress to treatment plans with the Rehab Doctor and re-evaluates patients’ status in a timely and regular basis.
• Discharges patients and provides education / advice for follow up care.
• Tidies rehabilitation rooms and ensures that work station is clean and orderly.
• Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs
• Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others
• Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the Observe prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
• Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
• Accomplishes department goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Watch out for fire hazards in the workplace while work is performed by other employees.
• Maintain the conditions and requirements stated on the safety permit.
• Ensure that flammable materials are kept from ignition sources.
• In the event of fire, extinguish it immediately or turn a fire alarm on.
• Report to the SO and call 911 or the emergency alarm number.
• Willing to work onsite in Venice Grand Canal Mall branch.
