Eastwest Rural Bank is looking for highly motivated and adaptable professionals to join our SCLM Officers Pool based in:
- Bacolod City
- Cebu City
As part of the SCLM Officers Pool, you will serve as a multi-skilled operational officer who can be deployed to provide temporary support across various branches and stores within your assigned island group. This role is ideal for individuals seeking broad exposure to banking operations, accelerated learning, and career growth opportunities.
What You'll Do: Provide operational support for critical Store Cash and Loans
Management (SCLM) functions
Serve as a reliever for the following roles:
Teller
Loan ProcessorSCLM Specialist
Team Leader – SCLM (when needed)
Support stores during:
Employee leaves
Training attendance
Temporary manpower gaps
Special operational requirements
Ensure uninterrupted service delivery, compliance with operational
controls, and excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
✔ Graduate of any four-year business-related course✔ Experience in banking operations (tellering, new accounts, back-office management), cash handling, loans processing, accounting, or branch operations is an advantage
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accountability
✔ Willing to travel and be deployed within the assigned island group as operational needs require
✔ Adaptable, flexible, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
