Barista/Service

Flinders Lane Cafe is looking for a trustworthy and reliable Barista/Service to join our Barista team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments (cash, card, mobile) and handle cash registers.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Assist with food prep and make beverages, ensuring timely service.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning dining areas.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Education: College graduate of BS Hospitality Management. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Experience: Previous experience in a relevant industry is preferred but not required (OJT experience of Hospitality is qualified).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Food & Beverage: Ability to cook/prepare and serve drinks and simple meals according to quality standards.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills with a pleasing personality.
• Traits: Positive attitude, responsible, trustworthy, and committed to top-tier customer satisfaction with great organization and attention to detail skills.
• Availability: Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
