- Training Program Design and Implementation: Responsible for end-to-end project management, including designing talent pipeline programs, developing business management training initiatives, creating course materials, and delivering instruction. Independently conduct training effectiveness tracking, data analysis, and closed-loop optimization.[W1]
- Business-Oriented Solution Design: Develop training solutions based on business needs and challenges (e.g., performance/skills/compliance). Familiar with project operation models and capable of regular review and iterative improvement.
- Course and Process Optimization: Utilize professional tools to refine training processes and curriculum systems. Continuously update online and offline course content to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lecturer Team Development: Oversee the coaching, training, and management of full-time lecturers, as well as the selection, development, evaluation, and retention of part-time instructors.
- Resource Integration and Collaboration: Coordinate regional resources (e.g., expert databases, budgets, venues) and facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
- Knowledge Management and Innovation: Independently identify best practices, extract insights from experiences, and develop standardized teaching materials (online/offline) based on business operations.
- Learning and Influence: Commit to continuous self-improvement, establish regional training benchmarks through professional expertise, and leverage non-authority influence to secure business department support for training initiatives.
