Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesVisitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests, clients, and vendors, while following safety procedures and monitoring visitor access.Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage general company email inquiries.Scheduling and Booking: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and book meeting rooms or conference halls.Office Administration: Sort and distribute mail, handle courier services, maintain office supplies, and perform filing or data entry.Reception Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Requirements and SkillsCustomer Service: Professional attitude, positive demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.Organization: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines) and software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is typically preferred.
