- Build detailed Google Sheets to track evidence, deadlines, and communications—if you hate spreadsheets, this role is not for you
- Analyze large sets of data (emails, contracts, transactions) to find patterns, anomalies, or red flags
- Prepare investigative reports, witness files, and chronology memos

- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or a related field, or currently enrolled in law school (preferably in the first, second, or third year)
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 2 years focused on discovery or investigations
- Proven ability to work independently, own tasks from start to finish, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and comfort working in spreadsheet-heavy environments
- Experience with Logikcull or similar eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.)
- Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven—nothing gets past you
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficient in legal research and able to use platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis

- Exceptional document formatting skills, including structuring legal documents, formatting tables, and preparing polished, professional reports
- Must be willing to work on US hours
