Overview

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us rapidly attract and onboard real estate coaching micro-influencers who can promote our service for an affiliate fee. This is a remote role open to candidates worldwide, but excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard real estate coaching micro-influencers to our affiliate program.
Develop and execute strategies to quickly scale the number of active affiliates.
Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize for conversions and ROI.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, preventing fraudulent activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and promotional materials for affiliates.
Provide regular reports on affiliate recruitment, engagement, and performance metrics123.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally with a focus on influencer or micro-influencer recruitment.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs, especially in the real estate or coaching niche.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer outreach, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $5–6/hr
