Business to business lead generation and digital marketing campaigns. Reporting to, and working closely with, the CEO & CRO, you will be trained in assisting with tasks such as digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation, building contact lists, B2B cold call telemarketing, newsletters and blogs etc.

In this dynamic role, you will drive our social media presence, conduct valuable research, and provide essential administrative support. Your responsibilities include:
Professional Development & Research⦁ Utilise YouTube to continuously develop skills and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
⦁ Conduct comprehensive desk research to gather insights about our industry and client base
Platform & Tool Expertise⦁ Manage and optimise our B2B platforms including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and EngageBay CRM
⦁ Drive strategic growth of company LinkedIn presence through page optimisation, engagement and outreach
⦁ Maintain and grow executive LinkedIn profiles for the CEO and CRO, expanding their professional networks
Telemarketing Lead Generation⦁ Conduct strategic outbound telemarketing call campaigns to C-level executives and senior decision makers to qualify opportunities and secure sales meetings
⦁ Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo and other B2B data tools to support lead generation efforts
⦁ Document all prospect interactions and follow-up requirements in EngageBay CRM while maintaining high quality data standards
Content Creation & Management⦁ Create and repurpose engaging LinkedIn content that positions TKW Research Group as an industry thought leader
⦁ Source and share relevant industry articles and social media content aligned with our service offerings
⦁ Implement and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, strategic posting
Executive Support⦁ Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management and email correspondence
⦁ Coordinate meetings and manage communications efficiently for executive team members
Team Leadership⦁ Manage a team of two LinkedIn virtual assistants based in the Philippines
⦁ Oversee content creation including infographics, short videos, and carousel posts
⦁ Direct B2B outreach and engagement initiatives on LinkedIn, ensuring quality control
