Education / Experience

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

Description

The Billing Call Center Campaign Manager role is responsible for leading and developing a team of billing agents while leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and streamline billing processes.

This role combines leadership, strategic analysis, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from office position as per the project requirement
  • Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisor to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture
Operational Oversight
  • Ensure adherence to billing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve systemic billing issues.
  • Analyze billing-related metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison between the call center and technology teams to advocate for system enhancements or tool upgrades.
Project Management
  • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.
  • Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders
