- Experience in billing call center operations
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies for improvement
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms).

Description
The Billing Call Center Campaign Manager role is responsible for leading and developing a team of billing agents while leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and streamline billing processes.This role combines leadership, strategic analysis, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from office position as per the project requirement
- Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisor to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture
- Ensure adherence to billing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve systemic billing issues.
- Analyze billing-related metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between the call center and technology teams to advocate for system enhancements or tool upgrades.
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.
- Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
