Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions Server and NAS
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors as necessary.
