Quality Assurance Officer – Food Commissary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer with proven experience in a food commissary or central kitchen environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food safety, quality control, sanitation, and operational standards within the food service industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a food commissary, central kitchen, or restaurant food production setup
• Knowledge of QA procedures, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and process monitoring skills
• Background in restaurant or food service operations is highly preferred
