QA Specialist (Healthcare Operations) – Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Specialist (Healthcare Operations) to support quality assurance processes across healthcare provider activities. This role focuses on reviewing patient charts, monitoring documentation accuracy, tracking provider performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal documentation standards.

The QA Specialist will work closely with providers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure documentation quality and performance monitoring across the healthcare platform.

• Conduct chart reviews by collecting and submitting patient charts to collaborating physicians for evaluation and feedback
• Track and coordinate quarterly feedback reviews between nurse practitioners and collaborating physicians
• Monitor peer review processes and track the number of charts assigned for provider review
• Review provider documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards
• Monitor completion rates for provider notes and clinical documentation
• Track and record no-show patient data and ensure documentation is properly justified
• Ensure accurate reporting so providers can be compensated appropriately for no-show cases
• Prepare weekly reports on provider KPI performance and compliance metrics
• Share QA insights and summaries with leadership and operations teams

• Experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, or clinical documentation review
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards and chart auditing
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation discrepancies
• Experience working with provider performance metrics and operational reporting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
