• Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for IT, non-IT and office support positions.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements and business demands.
• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology.
• Provides up to date reporting to Recruitment Manager and keep track of processed candidates
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities, conduct interview combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) and provides a brief list of candidates, coordinates interviews.
• Prepares assessment, feedback and recommendation for all shortlisted candidates.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
• Ensure all open positions are being closed and filled on a timely manner and within the agreed budget
• Provide full coordination with the candidate, recruitment manager and hiring manager on every scheduled interview.
• Ensure all forms relative to recruitment, interviews are properly filled out and all recruitment processes and guidelines are being adhered
• Ensure that all documents of confirmed candidates are complete and must be submitted before on boarding
• 3- 5 years experience in technical recruiting
