Project Manager

About the role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception through completion.

1. Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and quality control
2. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all phases whilst maintaining adherence to project timelines
3. Manage project budgets, control costs and track expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met
4. Oversee site operations, supervise construction teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards and regulatory compliance
6. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
7. Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary
8. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts and change orders
9. Ensure all health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained across project sites
10. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

1. Licensed Civil Engineer
2. Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in construction project management (High -end residential)
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations and safety standards
4. Excellent project planning and scheduling skills with proficiency in project management software and tools
5. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively
6. Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Philippines
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are highly desirable
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
