The Project Manager/ Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of the program in the Philippines, ensuring stakeholder alignment, driving adoption, and delivering measurable results. It requires a strong combination of program management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial and PR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage overall program execution, including timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate and align key stakeholders, including government agencies, SMEs, and partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local program operations and communications
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and updates to the Steering Committee
- Drive stakeholder engagement and participation to ensure program success and adoption
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working with SMEs, partners, or government-related initiatives is an advantage
- Strong understanding of program delivery, coordination, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to influence, persuade, and “sell” ideas or programs effectively
- Marketing-oriented mindset with the ability to drive awareness and adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities
- Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented
- Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic program needs
- Willing to work beyond standard business hours (including evenings and weekends) when required to capture opportunities and support engagements
