About The Role

The Inside Sales Representatives' primary role is to create Market Qualified Leads (relevant contact, relevant customer profile, and identify a need).

The successful candidate will create multi-touch outreach campaigns (social media, email, and calls) to
  • Generate registrations and attendees for events (webcasts, lunch round tables, etc)
  • Schedule customer meetings with our account managers (so we can progress from lead to opportunity)
  • Schedule follow-up meetings (post-event or follow-up meetings)

The Inside Sales Representative is the primary Customer/Prospect contact, responsible for marketing the company as a brand and creating net-new customers. The role requires liaising with the clients, vendors, and internally to create outreach campaigns and deliver customer meetings or registrations/attendees for events.

With the right candidate, this role will lead to a Team Leader Position that will manage a number of Inside Sales Representatives.

This role pays above market rates with commissions for both scheduled meetings and additional higher commissions for successful sales!

Requirements

  • Standard level of education is required, with tertiary studies or qualifications in marketing/business/IT being advantageous.
  • Previous inside sales experience in the Information and Cyber Technology fields is desirable.

  • General Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Responsibilities
  • To achieve sales targets through specific KPI’s
  • Generate new customer meetings and attendees for events
  • Generating additional revenue by uncovering new opportunities and working with other roles within the business
  • Maintain Customer Data by using CRM
  • Maintain regular contact with Prospects and Customers.
  • Track leads and opportunities.
