Accounts Payable -AP
About the role
NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable -AP to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
What you'll be doing- Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and other payable documents
- Reconcile accounts payable and maintain detailed records
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper accounting practices
- Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
