Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, addressing questions regarding retail banking products, credit card services, and account management.
- Actively diagnose customer concerns, navigate internal database systems simultaneously, and deliver accurate solutions in a timely manner.
- Uphold data privacy policies, strict security compliance, and premium service standards during every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School (K-12) Graduates, or college undergraduates.

- Prepared to work varying shifts, including night/graveyard schedules and changing days off.
