What You'll Do- Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish through phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and financial service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Filipino applicants only
- Completed at least 2 years of college
- 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (Financial account experience is preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in MOA, Pasay City
