Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team, supporting both Just G and Gingersnaps. This role will focus on social media management, content creation, copywriting, trend analytics, campaign tracking, and mall coordination.

The ideal candidate should bring fresh ideas, a strong personality, and a creative mindset to help us grow our digital presence and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management & Posting
  • Manage day-to-day posting schedules for Just G and Gingersnaps across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure posts align with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and marketing calendars.
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  1. Trend Monitoring & Analytics
  • Track and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular/monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Suggest innovative content ideas based on what’s trending across Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
  1. Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write compelling short-form and long-form copy for social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories) in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and storytelling concepts tailored to each platform.
  1. Campaign Support & Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaign rollouts, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Help brainstorm creative concepts and execute them effectively across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with malls and leasing/marketing teams to ensure mall mileage (visibility, branding placements, and promotions) are maximized.
  • Track and prepare reports on mall mileage executions (posters, digital screens, banners, in-mall events, etc.).
  • Assist in monitoring email marketing campaigns, tracking open rates, click-throughs, and overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, copywriting, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
  • Strong personality, confident in sharing ideas and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience in mall coordination, marketing mileage tracking, or event support is a plus.
