Join our global Security Operations Center (SOC) team as a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (internally titled Engineer, Security Operations Center), where you’ll play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents that impact our worldwide operations.

• Monitor and analyze security systems and logs to proactively detect potential threats
• Respond to alerts by triaging, investigating, and escalating incidents as necessary
• Conduct forensic analysis: log correlation, parsing, and auditing
• Support incident response and remediation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security tools, scripts, and automation
• Continuously improve detection and monitoring capabilities while staying current with evolving threats and technologies

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Security Operations or Security Engineering role
• Solid understanding of security solutions: Web Proxy, NAC, Firewalls, Encryption, 2FA, Anti-Spam/Antivirus/Antimalware, IPS, and DLP
• Hands-on experience with SIEM monitoring, log analysis, and network traffic analysis
• Strong background in forensics: log correlation, parsing, and auditing
• Proficiency in incident response and threat hunting
• Exposure to Endpoint Security/EDR, DLP, Cloud Security, or SOAR is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and amenable to a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week)
