Job Description Summary
The Process and Compliance Specialist is responsible for enabling BAU Team members and leaders to perform their roles effectively and efficiently based upon approved processes, internal SLA’s/objectives and client KPI’s, at the same time ensuring PSC Portfolio Administration Team’s high-level motivation and engagement.

About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including mapping, evaluating risks and controls, and maintaining Level 4 business process documentation.
- Support SOC compliance, policy development, and internal/external audits; ensure all process changes undergo proper review and control.
- Assist in new client onboarding and service transitions, including planning, knowledge transfer, system setup, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Oversee daily workload distribution, monitor team capacity, and act as a backup project manager for onboarding and transition projects.
- Manage and develop team members, support talent growth, and contribute to strategy, continuous improvement, and data integrity initiatives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 5 years of experience in data/finance processing or real estate operations, preferably in an international setting.
- Background in corporate real estate, finance, economics, or data analysis is advantageous; experience in process transition and service coordination is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising a small team in a shared services environment.
- Proficient in MS Visio, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Independent and team-oriented, capable of building relationships and engaging effectively across a matrix organization.
