Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Source and reach out to qualified IT candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Provide updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in preparing job offers and onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment progress
- Help improve recruitment strategies and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical roles
- Good understanding of IT positions (e.g., software developers, QA, IT support)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple job openings at the same time
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools
