CNC CAD/CAM Production Drawings & CNC Machine Operator

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Factory-Based)We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated CNC CAM & CNC Machine Operator to join our factory team.

The role involves:

• Preparing and modifying production drawings using PYTHA CAD/CAM (With Training)
• Converting drawings into CNC-ready files
• Managing and operating CNC machines for cabinet and furniture production

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and modify cabinet/furniture production drawings using PYTHA software
• Convert and Check AutoCAD drawings into PYTHA and CNC cutting files
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines in the factory
• Ensure correct cutting, drilling, and machining based on approved drawings
• Coordinate with designers and production team for drawing clarification
• Conduct quality checks before and after CNC production
• Maintain proper file organization and documentation of production drawings
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures inside the factory
• Qualifications & Skills

Required:

✔ Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related technical course

✔ Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D drafting required)

✔ Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements

✔ Willing to work full-time in a factory environment

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Willing to be trained in PYTHA and CNC programming

Preferred (Advantage but not required):

• Familiarity with CNC machine operation
• Experience in furniture, cabinetry, or woodworking production
• Basic understanding of CAM software
• Ideal Candidate Profile
