- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, media buying, or digital advertising operations, with hands-on experience in both Social Media Advertising and Programmatic Advertising
- Hands-on experience managing Social Media Advertising campaigns using Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or similar platforms
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ad Manager, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or other DSPs
- Knowledge of digital campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, optimization, monitoring, performance reporting, and campaign delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for campaign reporting, analysis, and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations
- Experience using advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Campaign Manager 360, or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and adaptability to new advertising technologies and industry trends
- Passion for digital marketing, social media advertising, and emerging programmatic technologies
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of social media and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Prepare mid-flight and post-campaign reports while assisting with client service and campaign-related requests
- Execute operational processes that ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and delivered successfully
- Test proprietary advertising technology during beta releases and provide feedback to improve functionality and user experience
- Recommend audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization strategies based on campaign objectives
- Participate in daily team meetings, weekly training sessions, and quarterly company updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a well-rounded understanding of business operations and campaign execution
