KMC Solutions is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support large-scale Linux environments, improve platform reliability, and drive infrastructure automation for a global client.
What You'll Do- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise Linux servers
- Support production platform operations across on-premise and hybrid infrastructure
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible
- Work with Python scripts for operational tasks and automation
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering and DevOps teams
- Improve system reliability, monitoring, performance, and operational efficiency
- Support infrastructure upgrades, patching, and change implementations
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with Ansible
- Able to read and work with Python scripts
- Experience supporting on-premise, data center, or hybrid infrastructure
- Good understanding of networking (DNS, SSH, IP addressing, routing)
- Exposure to VMware, Proxmox, Terraform, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
