Recruitment Specialist:
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks like Facebook, Indeed, BossJobs, and Jobstreet)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Have at least of 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruiting (Sourcing to Onboarding)
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, have an experience in volume hiring or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (extensive experience required if not a degree holder)
- Account management/Stakeholder management experience
- Amenable to work on Midshift
- Amenable to work on Cubao, QC/Taguig, BGC
- Can start ASAP
