About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.
- Build and enhance front-end applications using modern frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.
- Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong back-end development experience using Python (preferred), Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and database management.
- Experience working with column-oriented databases, such as HBase or ClickHouse.
- Hands-on experience with containerized architectures, particularly Kubernetes. (Docker experience alone is not sufficient.)
- Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:
- React
- Vue.js
- Next.js
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with:
- ETL processes
- Data pipelines
- Data modeling
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Cursor
- Claude
- Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation.
