QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORResponsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures, methods, and techniques to ensure the quality of products and services.
Monitor and review quality standards and data by recording quality defects, product reliability, and customer complaints.
Analyses data, provide insights and recommendations, and evaluate corrective measures or solutions to improve performance or compliance and avoid problems from occurring again.
Supervise and train quality control staff, ensuring adherence to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements: Graduate of any Engineering field or its equivalent
With at least 3 years of work experience in supervisory functionKnowledgeable in various quality control procedures and QC tools
With at least basic knowledge in ISO, HACCP and GMP
Proactive and results-oriented
Highly analytical and organized
