Job Title: Ironing Associate / Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ironing Associate / Housekeeper to provide in-home services to condominiums, apartments, and residential houses. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in ironing, folding, garment care, and general housekeeping while maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

The goal is to create a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment for clients while ensuring clothes and household items are properly handled with care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform professional ironing of clothes, uniforms, linens, curtains, bedsheets, and delicate fabrics
• Properly fold and organize clothes after ironing
• Sort clothes according to fabric type and ironing requirements
• Handle laundry services such as washing, drying, stain checking, and fabric care
• Ensure proper garment handling to avoid burns, damage, shrinkage, or discoloration
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of ironing and laundry equipment

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, scrubbing, dusting, polishing, and garbage disposal
• Change bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and shower curtains
• Organize and tidy rooms, closets, kitchens, and living spaces
• Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and inspected
• Notify house occupants of any potential safety or health concerns

• Deal with reasonable complaints and requests professionally and patiently
• Properly use and maintain equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies
• Check stock levels of cleaning consumables and replace them when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to company health and safety standards
• Follow company policies, schedules, and service procedures
• Travel to different customer locations within Metro Manila

• At least 2 years of housekeeping, laundry, or ironing experience in hotels, laundries, homes, or similar establishments
• Skilled in ironing, folding, and garment care
• Knows how to perform general cleaning and housekeeping
• High school graduate
• Willing to travel to different customer locations within Metro Manila
• Able to understand and speak basic English
• Has NBI Clearance and willing to undergo drug testing
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and polite
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Works quickly without compromising quality
• Can work 6 days per week

• TESDA NC II in Housekeeping
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services
• Knows how to cook basic meals
• Knows how to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Calendar
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and fabric care knowledge
