Housekeeping Supervisor – Laundry Shop

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and operational standards of our laundry shop. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel housekeeping experience, bringing professional standards of hygiene and efficiency into our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning and laundry services.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and finished laundry to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Train and guide staff on proper housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with hotel housekeeping experience (supervisory or senior staff level).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and sanitation standards.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
