The Business Development Manager drives sales opportunities within assigned accounts by identifying clients’ technological needs and recommending suitable solutions aligned with the client's products and services. The role acts as a trusted consultant to key stakeholders and accounts, develops comprehensive proposals, ensures accurate revenue processing and collection, and maintains compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field; candidates with Latin Honors or a Master’s degree are an advantage.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles within a corporate or business-focused environment, preferably in Telco or Fintech industries.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with senior management and key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated track record in pitching for new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through lead generation and effective account management.
- Core Competencies: Strong business acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to leverage experience, industry data, and sound judgment to plan and achieve business goals.
