About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced B2B telesales professional who is passionate about lead generation and enjoys engaging business decision-makers. If you have a proven track record in outbound B2B sales and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and secure appointments for the Singapore Sales Team.
  • Introduce the value of Synergix ERP solutions to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by updating and managing your assigned database.
  • Consistently achieve monthly appointment and lead generation targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and engaging business decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with clear spoken English.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience selling B2B products or services is highly preferred.
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, ERP, or software solutions is an advantage but not required.
