Human Resources Intern

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Generalist) to join our team. This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening processes.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.
Employee Relations:
- Support HR team in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR databases.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
- Help create training materials and resources as needed.
HR Administration:
- Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.
- Help maintain HR policies and procedures documentation.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus.
- Duration: 300-500 hours
