Job Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes that improve our overall workplace experience.
- Be actively involved in recruitment: prepare job descriptions, post openings, and coordinate the hiring process with department heads.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure new team members are set up for success from Day 1.
- Cooperate with department heads to coordinate training and development programs.
- Plan and propose internal events and employee engagement activities aligned with our culture.
- Lead the execution and coordination of those initiatives to ensure meaningful participation and impact.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and confidentially.
- Provide counseling on company policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment practices and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with employees across teams
- A people-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters.
- Background or coursework in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in growing a career in Human Resources.
- Amenable to report in BGC (Hybrid set-up)
