Merchandising Assistant

The Fashion Merchandiser gives analytics to the Merchandising Supervisor which relates to the pricing, allocation, inventory, and event promotion of merchandise. He/she shall provide significant reports and data to his/her immediate superior to maintain standard on his/her assigned category (Mainline and Factory Men’s Denim, etc.)

• Preparation and updating of “sell thru” per category (Mainline and Factory Men’s Denim, etc.)
• Analyze which are “best and slow” Stock Keeping Units (SKUs)
• Verify, prepare, and present the merchandise items for pricing.
• Make the necessary updates to the Merchandising Price Updater MR (MPMR).
• He/she must create proposals, suggestions and/or recommend categories and styles for markdown, price change and salability.
• Price updating in Least Wholesale Price Tool (LWP/ MMS 001)

• Any business-related bachelor’s degree preferably Management, Economics and other courses that may be related to the position.
• Must be detailed oriented.
