Job Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B Software / Global Markets)

Location: Hybrid (PH-based applicants)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. This role is critical to driving our sales pipeline by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients through outbound calling and prospecting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Experience with outbound calling (international markets a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Self-driven and results-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects across global markets
  • Execute personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for Sales Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team
