As a Social Media Marketing & Lead Response Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our content strategy, engaging with our online audience, and converting leads into scheduled meetings.

Scope & Objectives

As a freelancer with us, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating and publishing content, responding to inquiries, and identifying high-intent prospects. You will leverage our integrated tech stack, including HubSpot, Retell AI, and Calendly, to drive conversions and nurture relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
Utilize AI tools to create captivating captions, hooks, and visuals
Monitor and respond to comments and engagement to qualify leads
Promote and drive attendance to weekly knowledge sessions
Identify high-intent leads and schedule follow-up meetings
Maintain shared content calendar and update lead statuses
Provide weekly performance summaries and insights

Deliverables

Create 3–5 social media posts per week per platform
Develop weekly video script and thumbnail for YouTube
Engage with social media followers daily and provide qualification notes
Schedule a minimum target of qualified meetings/walkthroughs per week
Maintain an updated content calendar with performance annotations
Provide a weekly summary report of activity and results
