Marketing/Sales Assistant Support - FRESH GRADS

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday (Compressed workweek)

About the Role

We are looking for two (2) Marketing Assistant Support and (2) Sales Administrator Support professionals to join our team in Mandaluyong City. This role will directly support the Marketing Manager and Sales Team in executing marketing initiatives, organizing events, and ensuring effective distribution of marketing materials.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities
• Coordinate and organize marketing events and exhibits
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of marketing materials
• Conduct market research and customer surveys
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance
• Liaise with customers and internal departments (Sales, Finance, and other support teams)
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related course
• At least 1–2 years of Sales or Marketing experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, resourceful, and self-motivated
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel locally (10–20%)

• Full On-site (Mandaluyong City)
• Day Shift
• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Probationary role (6 months)

• Salary: Php 20,000 - 23,000 per month
• Php 2,000 mobile allowance
• HMO coverage (Php 135,000 MBL)
