We’re looking for someone who’s driven, empathetic, and confident in closing sales without the "hard-sell" approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily outbound/inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Understand each lead's goals and recommend the best course
• Conduct consultations, follow-up, and close enrolments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report key metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise the lead-to-sale process
• Consistently hit monthly enrolment and revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consultative
• Strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to close warm leads quickly and confidently
• Experience using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• A passion for personal development, education, or helping others grow
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to hit KPIs
