Job Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field.
• Professional Certifications (Highly Regarded):
• CCNA (Preferred)
• CompTIA Network+ (An advantage)
• Fortinet NSE / FCA (An advantage)

Experience Required:

• IT Infrastructure: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, Network Management, or Infrastructure Support.
• Leadership: At least 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisory or Team Lead role.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience working within an ESL or BPO operational environment is a significant advantage.
• Proven Track Record in: Network operations, IT support management, real-time incident handling, ISP/vendor coordination, and SLA/KPI monitoring.

Required Technical Skill Sets:

• Network Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in managing and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VLAN.
• Security & Providers: Robust experience in Firewall & ISP management.
• Systems Administration: Strong foundational knowledge of system administration basics.
• Continuous Improvement: Proficiency in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and utilizing PDCA methodology.

Management & Core Competencies:

• Incident & Service Management: Expert handling of ticketing systems, escalation pathways, and strict SLA compliance.
• Operational Analytics: Strong capability in KPI reporting and translating operational data into actionable insights.
• People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and coordinate technical teams effectively.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Must have the ability to work effectively under high pressure during critical operational incidents.
