The Junior Housekeeping Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained according to the hotel's cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. The role supports the Housekeeping Supervisor in supervising room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff while ensuring efficient operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hotel standards.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
