Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager – Travel & Hotel Reservations to oversee travel and hospitality accounts within our Cebu call center operations.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving operational performance, ensuring service delivery excellence, and leading teams supporting hotel and travel reservation accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee travel and hotel reservation accounts to ensure client satisfaction and operational success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong business relationships
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead operations teams, supervisors, and support staff to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and provide performance reports
- Coordinate with recruitment, training, workforce, and quality teams to support account growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of BPO account management experience
- Experience handling travel, airline, hotel reservations, or hospitality accounts is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, client management, and people management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
