The Property Admin Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the property being managed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 A.  Accounts Administration / Collection
  1. What: Collects payment from unit owners Why: to ensure that all bills will be paid on or before the specified date How: by receiving all the payments made by the unit owner.
  2. What: Posts payments made by the unit owners Why: to ensure that all payments are properly recorded How: by encoding the receipts regularly.
  3. What: Remits all collections received from the unit owners Why: to safeguard all collections and ensure that it will be properly turned over How: by depositing it to bank.
 B.  Customer Service
  1. What: Accommodates unit owners with their concerns, request and inquiries Why: to assist them with their needs How: by coordinating to concerned personnel.
  2. What: Handles and screens incoming telephone calls, mails and messages Why: to ensure that all inquiries and request will be answered How: by giving them with correct information.
  3. What: Monitors daily time record and schedule of maintenance personnel

Why: to ensure that the maintenance personnel were properly deployed How: by collecting the records daily and meeting the maintenance personnel before they will be deployed to their area of assignment .
