Job Summary:
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various teams within the organization. This role involves supervising administrative staff, implementing efficient office procedures, managing records and supplies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead administrative staff to ensure office operations run efficiently.
- 3-5 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and external service providers.
- Organize and support company events.
- Monitor budgets and track administrative expenses.
- Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and upper management.
- Evaluate and manage office space planning and logistics.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Leadership ability with a hands-on problem-solving attitude.
