A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• A strong background in business development (experience from within or outside the healthcare space is welcome).
• A proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Experience in identifying market opportunities and devising growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the Visayas market (Candidates based in Cebu will be preferred).
