BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Associate is the first line of response for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt replies, accurate documentation, and smooth escalation of concerns. They support lead verification and maintain data quality, building the foundation for effective reporting and resolution.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
With excellent communication skills.
Experience in customer-facing roles (call center, retail, hospitality) is an advantage.
Open to fresh graduates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responds quickly and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide accurate information and initial solutions
- Escalate complex and/or unresolved cases.
- Responds quickly and accurately to lead inquiries
- Verifies and update key information
- Escalates quality leads to Sales team for further nurturing
- Records all interactions accurately via ticketing system
- Keeps ticket status updated
- Ensures complete and accurate data for reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer needs
- Maintain professionalism and trust with customers and internal teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Filipino
