About the role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our valued clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of up to 28,000 per month.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
