Digital Marketing SEO Officer

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to help strengthen the bank’s online visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms. The role focuses on improving search presence, managing online campaigns, and supporting lead generation efforts for Welcome Bank’s products.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in digital marketing, search optimization, and performance tracking, with the ability to develop strategies that effectively reach and convert target audiences.

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across Google and social media platforms
• Manage and optimize campaigns to improve online reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and Google Ads to improve search rankings and website traffic
• Enhance the bank’s local online visibility through keyword optimization and Google Business Profile management
• Improve website and landing page performance to support customer inquiries and online applications
• Implement remarketing strategies to reconnect with potential clients who previously interacted with digital campaigns
• Identify target audiences and develop strategies to attract potential clients
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and recommend improvements based on results
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and brand messaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, financing, or related industries
• Strong background in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
• Experience in local search optimization and audience targeting strategies
• Analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
